How to surf without being disconnected:

Configurations for Windows XP

  1. Double click on the AKUNET dialer located on the Desktop of your computer.
  2. Now click the right mouse button once and then on Properties. This is also shown in the print screen displayed below:


  1. A submenu will be displayed. Click on the first option that is General.

  2. The modem name and its configurations will be displayed in front of you.



  3. Click on the Configure button and the technical information of the modem will be displayed.

  4. Enable the following by clicking on: User Hardware Flow Control , Enable Modem Error Control and Enable Modem Compression.



  5. Now click on 11500 which is the Maximum speed of the modem configured in your PC.

  6. When you will click on this option, a drop down field will appear which will show various speeds. Choose 9600.

  7. Click on OK twice and restart your computer so that the configurations are applied.
